Are you looking to get the best performance out of your employees? Start with purpose. Today’s workplace requires agile innovation. Companies are eager to create cultures of ownership, shared responsibility and proactive initiative. Leaders explore many approaches to ensure good performance from employees, but one approach that often proves difficult for leaders is to know how to address finding an employee’s personal connection to their work. Ownership begins when work is personal. This begins when an organization’s goals aim to meet the needs of customers and employees. Organizational purpose becomes personal when the employee recognizes how their unique contribution furthers those goals. This class is an exploration in the awakening of awareness for each attendee and how they can make the greatest impact on themselves, their teams, and their organization.
