This course on emotional intelligence (EI) and leadership is designed to enhance self-awareness, manage emotions and use
mindful communication for more effective leadership. You’ll explore components of EI and learn how to leverage them to
build stronger relationships and manage conflict. By the end, you’ll be equipped to lead with empathy and emotional insight,
fostering meaningful change and conversations within your cooperative. This course is required for the Cooperative
Leadership Edge program.
