This course will assist participants in learning to implement practical coaching techniques, manage difficult conversations
productively, and build and sustain high-performing teams. It covers strategies for positive peer interactions, overcoming
obstacles in team dynamics, and handling intense discussions with assertive yet empathetic communication. By the end,
attendees will be better prepared to guide their teams through complex scenarios and foster a collaborative, results-driven
environment in given situations. This course is required for the Cooperative Leadership Edge program.
