One of the things you can guarantee will be a constant in the cooperative world is change. While a lot of the change is
necessary, it’s not always welcomed by everyone. Implementing a change management process can help get everyone on
the same page when it comes to doing things differently. It’s important to prepare people for the change before it happens,
monitor the implementation of the change, and follow up to make sure the new process or procedure is working. This course
will give you the tools to make sure you’re doing everything you need for change to happen smoothly.
