Indiana Electric Cooperatives has engaged with the different gubernatorial campaigns and proactively requested time to meet with each of them to build connections and provide insight into IEC and its member cooperatives. While we are not supporting a specific candidate in the primary elections, it is incredibly important to establish early relationships with those running for governor. So far, we have met with Eric Doden, Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch and Senator Mike Braun. Each meeting has allowed the candidates to share their vision for the state and learn more about Indiana’s electric cooperatives and their impact on Indiana.
