We are saddened to hear about the passing of former local director Joe Webb, from Clark County REMC.  He was also the IEC director from 1987-2006, served as IEC board president from 1994-1996 and served a few years as the Indiana NRECA director. A celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday October 26, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington.
